Experience includes design engineering, FAT/SAT and site commissioning for the control-and-automation scope across multiple vendor packages on a major process facility in China; control-systems commissioning, process-control optimisation support, upgrade scheduling and annual turnaround execution within the controls scope in Kazakhstan; and control-and-automation lifecycle management, obsolescence planning, upgrade execution and O&M support for stand-alone process packages in Oman, including C&A commissioning support on a large solar-thermal energy project.

M Aly is UK-based and brings 24+ years of professional experience, including project delivery and project management across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
His focus includes project delivery, tendering and contracting-strategy support, critical-path priorities and value-adding activities that help clients achieve lean, successful execution. Clients retain bidder communications, commercial approvals, purchasing, payments and award authority.
PROJECT ENGINEERING & PROJECT DELIVERY
Rashid brings 24+ years of professional experience, including engineering and project delivery across project definition, delivery strategy, technical interfaces, commissioning and operational readiness.
He currently provides engineering leadership across an approximately 40 MW distributed C&I solar portfolio. Earlier experience spans lifecycle and operations support in Oman, detailed design and commissioning for complex process-facility vendor packages in China, and control-systems commissioning, optimisation and plant turnarounds in Kazakhstan.
